In this beginners class we focus on functional training geared towards martial arts. We work on cardio, core, balance, flexibility and strength all while learning the basic fundamentals of Kickboxing techniques.

Explosive Strength Training
In order to reach our full potential in our martial arts training, we build up our endurance and strength by using multiple fitness modalities in an explosive manner.

Kickboxing & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
After establishing a baseline of fitness within our martial arts training and an understanding of the techniques and their proper execution, we start to utilize them in a circuit training format which will help lean you out and get you pumped!

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Circuit Training
If you want to train like a fighter in preperation for a match, then this class is for you! You will go through an intense full body circuit which combines all sorts of different fitness techniques while simultaneously executing martial arts techniques.

Advanced Kickboxing Technique
K-1: Learn Kickboxing techniques geared towards K-1 competitions, a combination of all styles of kickboxing
Muay Thai: The art of 8 Limbs, this Thai Style of Kickboxing combines punches and kicks with vicious elbows and knees
Savate: The art of French Kickboxing puts a focus on evasion and precision while simultaneously pushing your cardiovascular levels to their limits!
Sanda: The art of Chinese Kickboxing is a unique style which combines punches and kicks with fast defensive leg sweeps and takedowns.
